The great thing about this tea is you can make a big batch and keep it in the fridge and simply heat up as needed or drink cold as a refreshing iced tea. Or you can make it daily per cup, it’s entirely up to you. But I don’t recommend making more than 24 oz at a time because it’s best to keep it as fresh as possible.

First , make your tea as you normally would. Boil water in a tea kettle or pot. Use two tea bags and a couple of slices of apple ( you can also make it without the apples if you want) and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Remove apple slices and tea bags.
